The Space X Drone 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. That’s why we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly return policy.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging (the box must not be damaged or written on).
  • Accompanied by all accessories, cables, manuals, and any free gifts included in the original shipment.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@spacexdrone.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Get Approval: We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original box, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, the fastest way is to return the item you have for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
