Important Information for International Customers (Canada, Australia, EU)
- Customs & Duties:
- For shipments to Canada & Australia: Import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine these additional costs before purchasing.
- For shipments to the European Union (EU): We handle VAT and customs compliance to ensure a smooth delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price for EU customers; you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
- Restricted Batteries:
Due to IATA regulations regarding lithium batteries, all drone shipments are sent via ground transport where possible, or declared as “Dangerous Goods” by air. This may occasionally cause a slight delay, but it ensures your package travels safely and legally.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
